You Ain’t Shit Till You Had The Revenge……

WHO: Any and all world class mountain bike racers who are registered by close the day of the event.

WHAT: AN ULTRA MOUNTAIN BIKING EVENT, 24 hours, over 200 miles, 10 times on the Continental Divide, over 35 thousand feet of elevation climb, with the lowest elevation down at 9,000', the highest elevation up at 14,270', under a full moon, and it is yet to be completed.

WHEN: It starts 4pm on Friday the 15th of August, 2003 and ends at 4pm Saturday the 16th of August, 2003.

WHERE: Up in the high 9 to 14 thousand foot mountains, on and over the Continental Divide, in and around (10,400') Montezuma, Colorado USA, 88 miles west of Denver Colorado. Take I-70 west, over Loveland Pass to the west base, up Montezuma Road 6/six miles. (12 miles from Dillon, 6 miles from Keystone Ski Area).

FEE & PRE-REGISTRATION is required. Phase one entry is $300 and closes at 1200/noon 1 Aug 2003 (Two weeks prior to the event). Phase two entry is $350 and ends 2 hours prior to the event, no registrations will be accepted after that. Contact Montezuma Revenge race headquarters for details. Entry includes Revenge Packet, Revenge Awards, BBQ, a chance to win some of the $10,000 worth of incredible merchandise from Rock Shox, Mavic, NiteRider, Patagonia etc. plus ($500 1st, $250 2nd, $100 3rd cash prizes, and of course, best of all, you get your REVENGE.

BBQ: The Revenge Awards BBQ will begin as soon as all participants are in and/or accounted for. Location is to be downtown Montezuma. Wives, Husbands, Friends, Etc. are all welcome at the BBQ, but reservations are recommended, and should be made by 1200/noon on Thursday, the day before the event. The price is $(to be announced).RADIO-TV-INTERNET: Our official radio station is KSMT 102.7. Our official television station is Outdoor Life Network. The race will also be shown on the "Outdoor Life Network" as filmed by "JSP Productions".
